1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the hbaee platform and all its services. These Terms operate as a legal agreement between hbaee ("we", "the Company") and the user ("you", "member").

By accessing the hbaee website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are agreeing to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

These Terms apply to all hbaee services, including online casino games, sports betting, virtual sports, and other related activities. hbaee's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are also an integral part of these Terms.

1.2 Language & Interpretation

The Bengali version of these Terms is authoritative. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali text will be considered final. Headings are for readability only — they do not limit the legal interpretation of the terms.

3. Account Management

3.1 Login Security

Keep your hbaee account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If any personal information changes (mobile number, email, payment details), please inform our support team promptly. hbaee will not be responsible for delayed or failed transactions caused by outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no activity for an extended period (12 consecutive months). hbaee's policy regarding balances in inactive accounts can be found through support.

4. Financial Transactions

hbaee uses the payment methods commonly available in Bangladesh to ensure safe and fast financial transactions.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on hbaee are currently available through the following methods:

• Nagad — Digital financial service of the Postal Department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking
• Upay — United Commercial Bank's mobile wallet
• Bank Transfer — From major banks including Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank

4.2 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳200.
• The correct reference number must be used when making a deposit.
• The deposit must be sent from an account in your own name.
• Third-party payments are not accepted and will be returned.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the account used for deposits.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn unless the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

hbaee offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. A deposit of ৳14,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, for a total of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (applied to the bonus amount only, not the combined sum of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per member, household, address, or device.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met.
• Wagering on certain games may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• hbaee reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus terms at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account will be closed immediately.

5.4 VIP Program

hbaee's VIP program has five tiers, each offering cashback and special benefits:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback and special benefits

Progress through VIP tiers depends on regular gaming activity and engagement with the platform. Cashback for each tier is paid out weekly.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on hbaee are operated through fair and verified software. Game outcomes are determined automatically and remain in effect without any external interference.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game stops mid-way due to a technical issue, hbaee does not accept claims arising from erroneous results. hbaee reserves the right to void payments resulting from software errors.

6.3 Sports Betting

Additional rules apply when participating in the sports betting section. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled except within the specified cancellation window. If an event is cancelled, the related bet is generally refunded.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

hbaee reserves the right to set a maximum win amount for a member within any single session, event, or specified time period. These limits are stated in the guidelines for the relevant game section.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to protect the integrity of the platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or systematic bonus hunting
• Using the platform for money laundering
• Using malicious software or hacking tools
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Unauthorized access to another member's account
• Fraudulent conduct toward platform staff
• Creating an account using false information
• Using third-party payment methods

7.1 Investigation of Suspicious Activity

hbaee monitors suspicious activity and reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account during an investigation. If irregularities are confirmed through investigation, the related winnings will be voided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the hbaee website — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of hbaee or the respective rights holders. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content without written permission is prohibited.

The rights to game software and content belong to the respective game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, and others. Their rights are protected in the use of these assets.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Closure by hbaee

hbaee may close any account without notice due to violations of terms and conditions, fraud, suspected money laundering, or security-related reasons. If prohibited activity is proven, all deposits and winnings will be forfeited.

11.2 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before submitting a closure request. After account closure, personal information may be retained in accordance with legal obligations.
